The health center at the BMW Group’s Debrecen plant has moved to its final location, where it has been operating since the groundbreaking ceremony in June 2022. The German company had previously provided this service in a container building in the heart of the city, although it went far beyond the occupational health screening tests required by law, reported Világgazdaság.
In the 700 square meter facility, which will also provide primary care and emergency services, BMW employees will be able to participate in screening and other preventive programs, as well as receive health advice. Previously organized screening tests (melanoma, lung screening and allergy tests) have helped to identify various health problems in good time.
