Horizon Copper Corp CEO highlights key assets and plans at VRIC [Video]

Erfan Kazemi, CEO of Horizon Copper Corp, joined Steve Darling from Proactive at the Vancouver Resources Investment Conference (VRIC) to share insights into the company’s unique approach and its copper-focused project portfolio.

Kazemi highlighted the Antamina copper mine in Peru, one of the company’s foundational assets. Horizon Copper holds a 1.66% Net Profits Interest in Antamina, with payments made by Teck Resources. This interest ensures steady cash flow and supports the growth of Horizon Copper’s project portfolio.

Additionally, Kazemi discussed the Hod Maden project, a high-grade copper-gold deposit located in northeastern Türkiye. The project was recognized as “Discovery of the Year” at the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada in 2019. The 2021 Feasibility Study revealed mineral reserves of 2.5 million ounces of gold and 287 million pounds of copper, with an initial mine life of 13 years.
