Albertville sees Target, Jim N Nick, and other businesses coming to town [Video]

Target, Jim ‘n Nicks, and more are coming to Albertville.

ALBERTVILLE, Ala. — The City of Albertville has seen growth over the past few years, and now, multiple businesses are coming to the town. This comes as new restaurants opened in the city last year.

Many of the new businesses will be coming with the new Sand Mountain Marketplace, which was announced in Albertville’s State of the City address.

The City of Albertville provided this statement when asked what businesses could be coming.

“The City of Albertville is pleased to announce that it has entered into a public/private partnership by way of an approved development agreement with Willow Capital Partners of Atlanta, Georgia, to develop the approximate 246,000 sq. ft. retail/restaurant project to be known as the Sand Mountain Marketplace.
