In addition to my Factory Tour video series of 2023, my partner Belén and I visited Supernova Design last summer for another peek behind the doors of a well-known German brand in the bicycle industry. Having been ambassadors for their lights this year, we already got to experience of using them but hadn’t yet seen what actually goes on behind the company doors—how their lights are made, by which principles they conduct business, and with which standards they design, develop, and create their products.
