Realty Growth Inc. holds neighborhood meeting to discuss new retail center | News [Video]

ROCHESTER, Minn.- Realty Growth Inc. held a neighborhood meeting to discuss plans for a new retail center across from its Rochester office on Sarah Place NW, on Tuesday, Nov. 12. 

The new space would include 12,800 square feet of retail space for a strip mall with space for four new tenants, and two outlying buildings for additional restaurants or businesses. 

According to Bucky Beeman, a partner with RGI, turnout to the actual event was low, but the company was still glad to be able to share its plans with neighbors including Rochester City Councilman Norman Wahl.

Beeman says the company is currently in talks with several potential tenants seeking to fill the space, including a professional office space, a Rochester oil change business and a restaurant.

Now that the meeting is done, Dylan Carty, a broker with RGI is excited to see the project move forward.
