Customer Asks for Cake Cost Breakdown, Gets Epic Response From Manager [Video]

A hotel manager’s amusing reaction to a customer query about breaking down the cost of a custom cake has gone viral, leaving social-media users hysterical.

Richard Logins (@Richardlogins), 38, head of operations for a hotel, was making an extra effort to help a guest, Lucy, who had requested a cake costing £280. The guest’s request for a breakdown of the price led Logins to respond in a TikTok video, which has garnered almost 9,000 likes and more than 528,000 views.

“Cost to DO cake £280. Cost NOT to DO cake £0,” Logins replied via email.
