NETFLIX bosses have torn up their pricing strategies and introduced a huge shake-up for viewers.
The streaming site is ditching its basic ad-free plan in favour of a more expensive model in a crushing blow to users.
Currently, fans can watch all their favourite movies and TV shows from £6.99 a month without having to sit through any adverts.
But that will be no more according to Netflix’s latest plans.
From August, the basic plan will be ditched in favour of a total of three options, the Standard with adverts, the Standard without adverts and the Premium plan.
