One of the New Orleans Saints star players at the center of a contract dispute for weeks has arrived to training camp. Sources tell WDSU that running back Alvin Kamara has reported to training camp in Irvine, California. Kamara missed the final mandatory minicamp practice several weeks ago, reportedly due to contract issues. Despite being at training camp, it is unclear if he will participate or if the contract extension issues have been resolved. Saints head coach Dennis Allen has yet to speak to any potential problems with Kamara. Kamara has been with the Saints since 2017 and is entering his eighth season with the team. He is in his final year of his current deal where he's scheduled to make a little more than $10 million.
