3 charged in Julio Foolio murder denied bond [Video]

TAMPA, Fla. — A Hillsborough County judge denied bond for three people accused of killing rapper Julio Foolio. 

The judge made the ruling on Thursday during the three defendants’ pretrial detention hearing. Isaiah Chance, 21, Alicia Andrews, 21, and Sean Gathright, 18, all face murder charges in the June death of Foolio, whose legal name is Charles Jones. 

Two men are also facing charges in Foolio’s murder. Rashad Murphy was later arrested in Jacksonville but he is not currently held in a Hillsborough County Jail. Another man, Davion Murphy, is still wanted and has not been arrested yet, authorities said. 

Foolio was in the Tampa area for his birthday at an Airbnb on June 23, according to his lawyer. However, he was asked to leave because there were too many people at the residence. He went to a …
