Business owners think that once they’ve crossed the hump of “brand recognition,” that’s it.

The truth is, it’s not it. It’s never going to be it.

Word of mouth is great, marketing is great, and return customers are great. HOWEVER, if you think that business becomes easy at some point, you’re in for a rude awakening.

Sitting around and waiting for the phone to ring is the fastest way to kneecap your company. You don’t just get to “graduate” past the things that got you to where you are.

I STILL do the things I was doing 10 years ago. Every single day. In fact, I would say that I do them even more than I used to.
