Marvel Reveals Thunderbolts* Special Look Trailer [Video]

Marvel unveiled a special look at Thunderbolts* during last weekend’s D23 Brazil fan event. Star David Harbour took to the stage and spoke about the upcoming action-adventure, while Florence Pugh appeared in a recorded greeting for fans.

The film sees the return of MCU characters Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan); Red Guardian (Harbour); Yelena (Pugh); John Walker (Wyatt Russell); Taskmaster (Olga Kurylenko); Ghost (Hannah John-Kamen); and Valentina Allegra de Fontaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus), as they are recruited to go on missions for the government.

Jake Schreier directs with Kevin Feige producing. Louis D’Esposito, Brian Chapek, Jason Tamez, and Scarlett Johansson executive produce.

Jake Morrison serves as the production VFX supervisor; VFX studios include Clear Angle Studios, Crafty Apes, ILM, and OPSIS.

Thunderbolts* hits theaters on May 2, 2025.
